Some state privacy laws — California's CCPA/CPRA among them — give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We want to be direct about this: we do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not supply it to lead buyers or data brokers. This page exists so you can exercise your rights anyway, and so our position is on the record.
What we do and do not do
We do not sell personal information for money.
We may use advertising measurement cookies that some state laws treat as “sharing.” You can opt out of those below or by using a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.
We share your contact details with a referral partner only when you ask us to connect you, during a call, after we have told you who they are.
How to opt out
Call (646) 322-3156 during business hours and say you want to opt out. That is enough — you do not need to explain why.
Or send the request through the Contact page, with the phone number or email you gave us so we can find your record.
Or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser; we treat that signal as a valid opt-out where the law requires it.
Your other rights
Depending on your state, you may also have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to limit how sensitive information is used.
You may appeal if we decline a request. We will tell you how when we respond.
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service for exercising any of these rights.
Authorised agents
You can use an authorised agent to submit a request. We will ask for proof that you gave them permission, and we may still need to verify your identity directly.
How long we take
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will tell you why before the 45 days are up.
