Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 6, 2026

The people who need this site most are often the least well served by the web: older visitors, people on old phones and slow connections, people using a screen reader, people reading under real stress.

We build for that, and we want to hear about it when we get it wrong.

What we aim for

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the standard most US accessibility expectations are measured against.

What that means in practice

Text and background colours are checked against the contrast thresholds rather than eyeballed, and the results are recorded in our brand guidelines.

Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring.

Form fields have real labels, and error messages say what to do rather than just that something is wrong.

Pages work at phone width with no horizontal scrolling, and respect your system's reduced-motion and dark-mode preferences.

The phone number is large, uses tabular figures, and is never buried inside a paragraph.

Known gaps

We publish this section honestly rather than claiming full conformance. Where third-party content or embedded tools fall short of our own standard, we work with the vendor or replace the tool.

Tell us

If any part of this site is hard to use, call (646) 322-3156 or use the Contact page and describe what happened, including the page and the device or assistive technology you were using. We treat these reports as bugs, not feedback.

If you cannot use the site at all, call us. A team member will walk you through the same information by phone.

This document is a practical starting template, not legal advice. Have counsel review it before launch — particularly the consent, state privacy-rights and governing-law sections.
